The company, rich in human assets, is made up of men and women with profound professional knowledge and experience especially that of its principal officers, Dr. J.K. Naiyeju, JP, OON, the President/ Managing Consultant, a seasoned tax expert, public finance management expert and renowned chartered accountant, largely in the public service, as well as private sector, together with other reputable professionals in the field of accounting, public and private finance, human resources, taxation, auditing and information technology that form a consortium of consultants. Dr. J.K. Naiyeju

JKC President & Managing Consultant/CEO
A Chartered Accountant and Tax Expert of National and International repute and a Chartered Arbitrator. He graduated from the University of Lagos, obtained his first and second degree in Business and Accounting in 1971 and 1982 respectively, obtained his Doctorate degree in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) from the Commonwealth University, Belize (2016). He worked for about 32 years in the Federal Public Service where he became the Executive Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) (1992-1999), and retired as Accountant-General of the Federation (1999-2005). Along with other professionals, he pioneered the consulting company where he is presently the President and Chief Executive since 2005 to date. He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a fellow of the Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), a fellow and Past President of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitration. He was honoured as a Justice of Jerusalem Pilgrim and an Officer of the Order of Niger, OON.

Mrs. M. A. Alatishe-Balogun

FCCA, FCA, FCTI

Principal Consultant/Director
A Chartered Accountant by profession and a seasoned Tax Expert who specializes in Auditing, Oil and Gas Accounting and Taxation. She had her professional accounting training in Olatunde Ayoola & Co., Chartered Accountants (1965-1969) and in England (1969-1975) before she later joined the<br /> Federal Inland Revenue Service from 1976 to 2004 where she retired as the Deputy Director of Taxes in 2004 after heading the Petroleum Oil and Gas Tax Department for several years. She teamed up with other professionals to give birth to JKC where she is a Principal Consultant and Director of the Company.

Mr. Y.S. Adetula

MBA, FCA, FIMC, Based III Certified Accountant and Auditor

Executive Director/Head Strategic Group
Mr. Y.S. Adetula is a graduate of Accountancy. He also holds a Post-Graduate degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Business Development. Mr. Adetula has over 20 years working experience and has worked with Auditing firm, Bank, Oil and Gas Servicing Company before joining JK Consulting Company Limited. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Administration. Presently, he is the Executive Director of the company and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Mr. Abdullahi Busari

B.sc (Acctg), ACA, ACTI

Asst. General Manager/Senior Financial Consultant
Mr. Busari holds B.sc in Accounting and is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He was a lecturer at the Accountancy Department of the polytechnic, Ibadan and many ICAN & CITN professional tutoring centers before joining JK Consulting Company Limited as a Financial Consultant. He is a good team player with dynamism and proficiency to accomplish tasks against all hurdles. He is ICT - Compliant with practical skills to handle many accounting and related packages. He anchored the Company IPSAS & IFRS Programmes.

Mr. Adekoya Adeyinka

HND (Acctg), ACA, MNIM,FIMC,CMC

Financial Consultant
Mr. Adeyinka is a seasoned Tax and Financial Consulting Expert. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a certified Management Consultant, an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and Graduate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM). His experiences cut across Financial and Tax Consultancy, Human Capital Development, Key Accounts Management, Training Facilitation, Business Development and Administration. He is driven by the belief that nothing is impossible.

Ms. Olajumoke Simplice

B.Sc (Econs), FCTI, ACNA, AICEN

Principal Tax Consultant
Ms. Simplice is a seasoned Tax Expert who specializes in Auditing, Accounting and Taxation. A graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a fellow of CITN over the years, she has held several positions in the Institute such as Executive and Council member, Chairman Annual Tax conference, Chairman social and members welfare committee etc. She is currently a Principal Tax Consultant and a Director of JK Consulting Co. Ltd. She is currently the Deputy President of CITN.

Mr. Omosanya Olakunle

B.sc (Computer Science)

Senior ICT Consultant
Mr. Omosanya Olakunle is our Senior ICT Consultant, he is a Computer Science graduate from University of Ado - Ekiti. He also has Certificate in Public Management from Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI). He has worked as computer maintenance officer with Nigerian Airforce Moblility Command Headquarters, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State before joining JK Consulting Company Ltd. as an ICT Consultant. He is a versatile ICT Expert.

Miss Mfon Essien Otung

B.Eng (Chemical Engineering)

Business Development Officer
Miss Mfon E. Otung graduated as Chemical Engineer, with B.Eng from Modibbo Adama University of Technology, (former Federal University of Technology, Yola), Adamawa State. She had worked as a Pension Officer in Pensions Department of the Head of Service, Anambra State Secretariate, Awka, Anambra State; and she is currently the Business Development Officer of JK Consulting Company Ltd.

Mr. Emmanuel Oluwapelumi Odunsi

Emmanuel Oluwapelumi Odunsi is a graduate from Ajayi Crowther University in Oyo State. He joined the company on Previously he worked as an Audit Trainee in Victor Akintola & Co, Shofolawe Bakare& Co (Chartered Accountants). He was awarded best Project Coordinator NEMA CDS Group, Wuse zone 5 Abuja during his National Youth Services (NYSC). Currently he is working as a Financial Consultant in JK Consulting Company Ltd, aspiring to be Chartered Accountant

Esther Offiong Jones is a graduate of Mass Communication from Our Savior Institute of Science, Agriculture and Technology, Enugu State (OSISATECH). She is a dynamic team player who has demonstrated her abilities and commitment to the company for over three years. She has served in various capacities such as secretary and Assistant Marketing Officer. Currently she serves as the Head Communication and Business Contact Unit.

Miss. Pelumi Abimbola

Pelumi, is a product of Bowen University Iwo, Osun State, where she bagged her 2nd Class upper degree in Computer Science. Endowed with vast knowledge and initiatives, she has participated in many seminars, at both local and international levels. Currently, she is the Special Assistant to JKC President on IT and Research work.

Miss. Nabena Ebipuamere Aboso,B.sc (Acctg)

Nabena Ebipuamere Aboso is a graduate of Accounting from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State. Previously, she worked in the banking sector in Nigeria and Accounts Practice in the UK before joining JK Consulting Co. Ltd. She is currently an Accountant Trainee, aspiring to qualify in as a chartered accountant Because of her wealth of experience in the private sector both home and abroad, she was employed as a Financial Consultant and the company internal auditor.

Moses Ayorinde Bolaji is a graduate of Accounting from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nasarawa State. He joined the company as an Accountant Trainee aspiring to be a Chartered Accountant. He also holds the National Diploma in Accounting from the Polytechnic Ile Ife, Osun State. He joined the company in 2017 and presently one of the accountants ofthe company.
