The Capacity Building and Training Package is an integral department of JKC. It is located in the headquarter of the company in the Federal Capital City of Abuja.

A Chartered Accountant, Tax Expert, Arbitrator and Forensic Professional of National and International repute. He graduated from the prestigious University of Lagos where he obtained his first and second degree in Business and Accounting in 1971 and 1982 respectively and later obtained his Doctoral degree, PhD in Financial Management from the Business University of Costa Rica (2017). He worked for about 32 years in the Federal Public Service where he rose to become the Executive Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) (1992-1999). He was later appointed Accountant-General of the Federation (1999-2005) where he transformed the Treasury and introduced many financial reforms. Along with other professionals, he pioneered the consulting company where he is presently the President and Chief Executive since 2005 to date. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow and Past President of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitration of Nigeria. Fellow of Chartered Institute of Forensic and Investigative Professionals both in Nigeria and New Jersey. He was honored with a national award of Officer of the Order of Niger (OON) in 2005 and a Justice of Jerusalem Pilgrim in 2003. Presently, he is the President, Managing Consultant/CEO of JK Consulting Co. Ltd.
Dr. Y.S. Adetula is a graduate of Accountancy. He also holds a Post-Graduate degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Business Development before he obtained Doctorate degree in International Finance. He has over 20 years working experience and has worked with Auditing firms, Banks, Oil and Gas Servicing Companies before joining JK Consulting Company Limited. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Administration and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. Dr. Adetula is an Executive Director of the Company.
She is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a seasoned Tax Expert who specializes in Auditing, Oil and Gas Accounting and Taxation. She had her professional accounting training in Olatunde Ayoola & Co., Chartered Accountants (1965-1969) and in England (1969-1975) before she later joined the Federal Inland Revenue Service from 1976 to 2004 after heading the Petroleum Oil and Gas Tax Department for Several years. She teamed up with other professionals to give birth to JK Consulting Co. Ltd., where she is presently a director in the company.
Ms. Simplice is a seasoned Tax Expert who specializes in International Taxation, Revenue Accounting and Tax Audit Practices. She is a graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) over the years. She has held several positions in the Institute such as Executive and Council member, Chairman Annual Tax Conference, Chairman Social and Members Welfare Committee etc. She is currently a Principal Tax Consultant and a Director of JK Consulting Co. Ltd.
Idris Gatumbwa, was employed in the Federal Civil Service in 1986 at the World Bank assisted Southern Borno Agricultural Development Project. Between 1988 and 1989 he was at the World Bank/ADB assisted Forestry Management Environmental & Coordinating Unit (FORMECU) in Ibadan, Oyo State. Between 1990 and 1991 he was at the Afforestation Project Coordinating Unit (APCU) Kano. In 1992 he returned to FORMECU as Financial Adviser, a position he held till 1995. In 1996 he resumed as the Financial Controller at the Federal Capital Territory, World Bank assisted Agricultural Development Project and remained there till 1999. From 1999 - 2002 he was Director of Finance at the Federal Superphosphate Fertilizer Company Limited, Kaduna. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Corporate Executives of Nigeria, The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Mr. Busari holds Master of Science in Finance, B.Sc in Accounting and is an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He was a lecturer at the Accountancy Department of the polytechnic, Ibadan and many ICAN & CITN professional tutoring centers before joining JK Consulting Company Limited as a Financial Consultant. He is a good team player with dynamism and proficiency to accomplish tasks against all hurdles. He is ICT - Compliant with practical skills to handle many accounting and related packages. He anchored the Company IPSAS & IFRS Programmes. Presently, he is an Assistant General Manager (Private Sector) of the company.
K. O. Akpomedaye holds a B.Sc in Accounting. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance Option. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a member of the Certified Forensic Accountants of Nigeria. He retired as an Assistant Director from the Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation having served for 35 years. While there, he served as the Project Officer for the World Bank-Assisted Programme, Economic Reforms and Governance Project (ERGP) and carried out the audit of several MDAs. He is a Public Financial Management Expert and currently engaged as the Assistant General Manager (Public Sector) with JK Consulting Co. Ltd.
Mr. Adeyinka is a seasoned Tax and Financial Consulting Expert. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a Graduate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM). He is a Certified Forensic and Investigative Auditors of Nigeria. His experiences cut across Financial and Tax Consultancy, Human Capital Development, Key Accounts Management, Training Facilitation, Business Development and Administration. He is driven by the belief nothing. Adeyinka Adekoya is Senior Financial Consultant of the Company
Mr. Bernard Kortor is a graduate of B.Sc (Statistics and Computer Science) from the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Benue State. He is a Software Engineer backed up with professional skills in the following areas of specialization which include but not limited to Web Design, Software Development, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing and Computer Installation and Maintenance. Due to his wealth of experience having worked in several organizations, he was employed by JK Consulting Co. Ltd as the Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
Mrs Tosin Adefeye graduated with a Bachelors in Management and Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology,Ogbomosho. She started her career as an Auditor in a Consulting Firm before joining JKC as a Treasury Officer where she oversight the treasury functions of the Company. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Presently, She is one of the Financial Consultants of the Company.
Mr. Alexander Adedayo Ajiboye is a graduate of Accounting from Bowen University, Iwo Osun State. He started his career as an Audit Trainee in an Audit firm and then moved to an Information Technology Company before joining JKC as a Financial Consultant. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Alexander is goal oriented and he is focused on Value addition.
Nabena Ebipuamere Aboso is a graduate of Accounting from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State. Previously, she worked in the Banking Sector of Nigeria and Accounts Practice in the UK before joining JK Consulting Co. Ltd. She is currently an Accountant Trainee, aspiring to qualify as a Chartered Accountant. Due to her wealth of experience in the private sector both home and abroad, she was employed as a Financial Consultant and Internal Auditor of the Company.
Mr. Ayorinde Bolaji is a graduate of Accounting from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Nasarawa State. He joined the Company as an Accountant Trainee in 2017, aspiring to be a Chartered Accountant. He also holds the National Diploma in Accounting from the Polytechnic Ile Ife, Osun State. Presently, he is one of the Accountants of the Company.
Mr. Emmanuel Oluwapelumi Odunsi is a graduate from Ajayi Crowther University in Oyo State and also a Graduate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), MNIM. He joined the Company in 2017 having Previously worked as an Audit Trainee in Victor Akintola & Co, Shofolawe Bakare& Co (Chartered Accountants). He was awarded best Project Coordinator NEMA CDS Group, Wuse zone 5 Abuja during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Attachment. Currently, he is working as a Financial Consultant in JK Consulting Company Ltd.
Bilqis is a young, dedicated and goal oriented IT Professional. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Second Class Upper Division from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. She is a Member of Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN). She started her career as an IT Support Officer and Data Analyst before joining JK Consulting Co.Ltd as Special Assistant to the President.
Esther Jones is a graduate of Mass Communication from Our Savior Institute of Science, Agriculture and Technology, Enugu State (OSISATECH). She is a dynamic team player who has demonstrated her abilities and commitment to the company for over three years. She has served in various capacities such as Secretary and Assistant Marketing Officer. Currently, she serves as the Head Communication and Business Contact Unit.
